Saporium Reservation Policy
When booking, we kindly ask you to indicate your preferred menu choice.
To offer the most complete experience, guests at the same table may choose up to two different tasting menus (with the exception of the Libera Espressione menu, which must be shared by the entire table). You are also welcome to order à la carte. Your selection is not binding and can be changed upon arrival.
For parties of more than five guests, and to ensure the highest standard of service, we kindly request a single menu choice for the entire table, with exceptions made for allergies or dietary requirements. Once your reservation is placed, our team will be in touch to agree on the most suitable menu for your group.
We encourage you to review our menus when booking and to let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so we can tailor your experience with the utmost care and attention.
You may amend or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. For late cancellations or no-shows, the restaurant reserves the right to charge €100 per guest to the card provided at the time of booking.
There is no formal dress code, though we recommend smart-casual attire.
Due to the intimate nature of our dining room, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets. Exceptions may be made in specific cases and must be agreed in advance with our team, out of consideration for other guests who may have allergies or sensitivities.
